MOHU Privacy Policy
This policy describes personal data processed across MOHU Account and connected MOHU services, including MOHU Taxi Customer and Driver.
Effective date: 8 September 2026Taxi ride and location data
MOHU Taxi processes pickup and destination details, ride status, route and ETA data, driver and vehicle identifiers and location needed to dispatch and operate rides. Driver precise location is processed while the driver is online or on an active ride and may continue while the Driver app is not visible so dispatch, navigation, ETA and live arrival can work. Going Offline stops the Driver online-location flow. Customer location is used when the customer chooses location-based pickup, map or ride features.
Payments and MOHU Points
Stripe processes card and supported wallet payment details. MOHU stores payment identifiers, amounts, statuses, invoices or settlement references required to reconcile rides, subscriptions, refunds and MOHU Points. MOHU does not store full card numbers.
Why we process data
Data is used to provide accounts and rides, dispatch drivers, calculate routes and fares, process payments and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide safety and support functions, resolve disputes and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
Providers and access
Access is limited to authorised MOHU roles and service providers needed for hosting, payments, maps/geocoding, communications and security. Providers receive only the data required for their role and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
Retention and account deletion
You can request deletion of your MOHU Account from supported applications. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, while ride, payment, settlement, fraud-prevention or other records may be retained for the period required by law, accounting, tax, safety or dispute-resolution duties.
