These terms apply to MOHU Account and connected MOHU digital services, including MOHU Taxi Customer, MOHU Taxi Driver and MOHU Plus.
Effective date: 8 September 2026Keep your account details accurate and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account. MOHU may restrict or suspend access when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these terms.
Ride quotes and ETA values are estimates based on the available route, demand and service data. The final ride price may reflect the actual route, waiting, authorised changes, applicable fees or other ride events shown by the service. Customers and drivers must use the service lawfully, safely and respectfully.
A cancellation, waiting or no-show fee may apply where the current MOHU Taxi rules and the ride state allow it. The app or support record is used to determine the relevant ride events and any applicable charge or refund.
Drivers may go Online only when eligible to provide the service and must keep required vehicle, licence, insurance and profile information current. While Online or on an active ride, the Driver app may use location as described in the Privacy Policy to operate dispatch, navigation, ETA and live ride features.
Supported electronic payments and recurring subscriptions are processed through Stripe. MOHU Plus and app-specific Plus plans renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Available subscription management is provided through the account or Stripe billing portal. MOHU Points are an in-service benefit and are used according to the rules shown in the relevant MOHU service.
MOHU works to keep services available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, GPS, mobile connectivity or third-party availability. Features, pricing and service rules may be updated; material changes are communicated where required.
Use the in-app support tools for ride, payment, account or safety issues. Records of ride states, payments, support communication and relevant technical events may be used to investigate and resolve disputes. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights are not limited by these terms.
