Effective date: 25 July 2026We collect submitted contact and project details, selected modules, budget, timing, landing page, referrer and UTM parameters. For abuse prevention, one-way hashes of IP and browser identifiers are stored; the plain IP is not stored in the lead record.
The data is used to assess your request, prepare a possible proposal, contact you and protect the form from abuse.
Access is limited to authorised owner, administrator and manager roles and necessary hosting or email providers. Retention is reviewed according to relevance and status.
You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact address, subject to legal retention duties.
